Canine IgE TEST
One Step Canine IgE Test
IgE is an immunoglobulin in canine serum that is responsible for mast cells activation when a dog is exposed to an allergen. Consequently, this results in type I hypersensitivity, which causes clinical signs of allergies including itching and inflammation. The IgE level increases in type I hypersensitivity; therefore, IgE detection can be used for allergy testing.
