CDV Ag TEST

One Step Canine Distemper Virus Antigen Test

Canine distemper is a highly contagious virus caused by the paramyxovirus. All dogs are at risk but puppies that are younger than four months are at risk of acquiring the disease and have a higher mortality rate. The disease is transmitted through saliva, urine, feces, air, or direct contact with infected dogs. Typical symptoms are respiratory and intestinal problems, including cough, diarrhea, vomiting, runny nose, loss of appetite and may also cause the footpads to thicken.
