Zamper Power S Pfu DNA Polymerase
It is a thermostable enzyme isolated from Pyrococcus furiosus and has 3’→5’ exonuclease activity (proof-reading function), which shows higher fidelity and lower error rate than Taq DNA polymerase. Therefore, Zamper Power S Pfu DNA Polymerase is recommended for use in PCR and primer extension reactions that require high accuracy, and this product amplifies PCR products with blunt-ends.
