Real-time PCR Master Mix
Zamper Multiplex Real-time PCR Master Mix (for Probe)
Zamper Real-time PCR Master Mix is supplied in the form of a 2X master mix composed of an optimized buffer system, and uses a high-purity premium antibody-based Hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. This product is available in two types depending on the detection method. One type is a method using intercalating dye (SFCgreen®Ⅰ), and the other method is detection method with a fluorescent probe. A suitable product can be selected according to various real-time PCR experiment methods, and the optimized buffer composition suppresses non-specific amplification as much as possible during real-time PCR reaction, enabling accurate quantitative analysis of genes. Due to its high processivity, Fast PCR protocols can be set up, and fast and reproducible results can be obtained.
