Zamper One-step qRT-PCR Master Mix (for Probe)

The Zamper One-step qRT-PCR Master Mixes (for Probe) are supplied in the form of a master mix that can carry out a reverse transcription reaction that synthesizes cDNA from RNA as a template and a real-time PCR reaction in one tube. It contains Zamper Reverse Transcriptase and Zamper Hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, which are essential for one-step qRT-PCR experiments. This product composed of optimal composition can be applied to various experiments using RNA because it enables fast and stable synthesis of cDNA. Due to its high amplification efficiency, simultaneous detection of multiple genes is easy when applied to multiplex qRT-PCR experiments, and even low-copy genes of 50 copies or less can be detected. Depending on the purpose of the experiment, products suitable for the fast qRT-PCR protocol are also available, so you can quickly obtain experiment results. In addition, Dx product lines are capable of genetic quantitative analysis from trace amounts of RNA and viral RNA are also provided.
