Isothermal Amplification


Zamper Dx RT-LAMP Master Mix for Probe, Multiplex

Zamper LAMP & RT-LAMP Master Mix (for Probe) products are used for loop-mediated isothermal amplification. The loop-mediated isothermal amplification method uses a DNA polymerase with high chain displacement activity to continuously amplify itself while unwinding the two strands of DNA. This product amplifies the target gene by loop-mediated isothermal amplification at an isothermal temperature of 60~65℃. Multiple genes can be amplified simultaneously in one reaction solution. Depending on the type of template, Zamper LAMP Master Mix (DNA) and Zamper RT-LAMP Master Mix (RNA) products are supplied respectively. It is also provided in the form of Master Mix for easy use by researchers. Using a fluorescence probe, you can check gene amplification in real time with a real-time PCR device or an isothermal amplification device equipped with an optical detector.
